Will this work for hooking up active monitors like my JBL LSR305s to my tv or atleast hook up to stream from my phone to the speakers. i do not see rca’s or and don’t know if the TTRS(?) to 3.5mm comes in a longer length to stretch to both speakers. Anyone know what the stock connecting cable is called that comes with the 305s? I need to find a much longer one and I’m hoping it will work for atleast streaming from my phone

RareAirsNo, this unit is made to power traditional (passive) speakers - not powered speakers, like your LSR305s. What you need is a DAC (that is compatible with your phone) with a pre-out (volume) control.

RareAirsHey mate! This is not a good match as it is primarily an amp, and the JBL LSR305s are active and thus you don't need an amp to drive an amp. Also it has no preamp out, so the answer to your first question is no.
