Delivering accurate Class-A sound reproduction in a compact package, the SMSL SAP-8 is ideal for pairing with your USB DAC, connecting to your smartphone or digital audio player, or using as part of your mixing console. It’s built with high-quality parts from Panasonic and TOCOS, and features Class-A topology for low-distortion performance. The front panel houses a power button, analog volume control, and quarter-inch headphone jack, while the rear panel is home to gold-plated stereo RCA jacks, dual balanced XLR inputs, and a push button to select between the two. Finally, this headphone amp’s uncluttered design and small footprint—5.5 inches wide and 4.8 inches deep—makes it an easy addition to your desk.
