Anybody have any experience if this (or any other SMSL products) has any audio delay?

YakovAs I am watching a movie or playing a video game, will my sound be delayed from what I'm seeing on screen? (explosion on screen, boom one second later through headphones)

ThreenamesWon't be any noticeable lag, unless you are a music maker. However many of these support ASIO.

LiBoHanseThanks! And whoa, ASIO (or ASIO4ALL) sounds like something I should look into! Just a shot in the dark, any idea which gain setting I should start with if I'm listening on a pair of Sr-60s/ AKG K7XX? The lowest one and work up if necessary? Sorry, I know this question gets beaten to death :/

ThreenamesLow gain is enough, I can get my 7XX deafening loud on my smsl v2 headphone amp in the low gain input.

FaszerI don't have this exact model, I have just the headphone amp version. This model actually suits my setup better than my current M8/SMSL Amp because of the outputs.

ThreenamesASIO4ALL is purely for compatible purposes, e.g amateur music producer just begin his work on a normal PC an need to port his cheap sound card to some professional music software. ASIO might be good enough. but always remember that a bigger audio buffer could always be more helpful on stability purposes as long as supported. Thus if you are using Windows, WASAPI is always the most recommended.
