BTW, the burner and a 110g MSR cartridge fits in a Snow Peak 700mL and a Vargo 700mL BOT.
The 4flex fits though, actually, they'll both fit in the pot at the same time if you needed or wanted to take both.
Strength-wise (and stability-wise), either is sufficient. Size-wise, the triflex is, in my opinion, a better match.
