No sign of my new grinder rocking up starting to feel like it never will arrive. kinda forgotten about this purchase honestly it was that long ago! A friend of mine ordered one who lives in Perth Australia and his arrived not long ago. so i got no idea where mine is. first purchase from mass drop aint looking good.

It appears our vendor shipped out the order in two separate batch without notifying us ahead of time. And I apologize for the confusion and delay this have caused.
We have received the remaining order (9pcs) earlier today from the vendor, and it looks like they are all packed and ready to be picked up by USPS first thing tomorrow.

This is the first of 3 things I have ordered from Massdrop, totalling over $200. Getting quite worried now about how long I'm having to wait without any tracking information or anything.
Getting to the point now where I will look to cancel potentially this, and the other items.
Can someone please explain what the current status is with these, and what carrier will be used to ship to the UK.
If the item has been sent, then can you provide tracking numbers?
At the very least a reply to this or my last message would be much appreciated. Thanks.

markbrierI'm not from massdrop, but from what I can tell, if you don't have shipping confirmation that means it has not been shipped yet. I'm not in the UK, but for Australia they always use "UPS Mail Innovations," which usually takes about 2 weeks from date of shipping.

Huggy_BearHey man, thanks for the heads-up. Wow, they've not even shipped it yet, that is rather poor since they say they've sent these out some week or so ago. I'm going to be really annoyed if this is now going to be another 2+ weeks. I get stuff internationally shipped all the time and even from China, it's quicker than that.
To add to this, they've not replied to either of my messages here or indeed the email I sent to their support email address.
I may as well have bought this stuff locally and paid a little more because the savings aren't really worth the huge wait or uncertainty.
