So, this is kinda new to me - not a lotta discussions?
Are there any dangers of crushin' fingers/hands with the strength of two of these magnetic balls coming into contact? Askin' for a friend who might not keep these at a desk and instead maybe let offspring play with them... Are these less brittle than the hematite "rattlesnake eggs" which sometimes chip when two of them happen to slam together (so I'm told)? And is this a deal where, since the initial price is already lower than what you can find elsewhere, then there's no lower price after a certain number of folks join the drop? Thanks!
Hematite is an iron oxide. The description clearly states that these are rare earth magnets, probably neodymium. I won’t rule out the possibility that these are “both,” but if the product description is true then these are not made solely of hematite.
I'm intrigued but wary, interested but reserved. I've spent thousands on a fruitless search for magnetic balls; devoted countless days listening to AC/DC songs trying to discover how to host big balls.
Under $30 for magnetic balls is tempting but having been scammed in the past, I'll level with you: as a middle aged middle manager the promise of magnetic balls arriving courtesy of the post office and impressing anyone is well into the realm of fantasy. Pass.
Now magnetic balls which also could repel lawyers with divorce papers in hand? I'd order in a heartbeat.
nick_tOthers could say the same for your apparent obsession with high end audio equipment. To each their own. You have your obsession and others have their's. Don't judge others based on how you see the world and what matters.
