Spier & Mackay Cutaway Collar Polo

Am not impressed with these polos. Not an expert on polos, but these seem unsubstantial in terms of the quality / "hand" of the material. This is at odds with the "hype" of the drop copy. @Coffeegroove seems to have the bead on the misrepresentations. Would not buy again and recommend against. The only things these polos got going is relatively good for hot weather because they're flimsy. What are MD's responsibilities with respect to "curating" goods on behalf of its communities? Quality, utility, price, "truth in advertising" and so on -- MD drops need to meet some set of essential criteria to "protect" the community. Feedback / food for thought!

Took receipt of mine on Friday. I sized down one to small and the fit is OK for me. I typically take custom fit or slim fit in Polo Ralph Lauren. I'd say the style is less conservative as the arms are a bit longer than my Polo polos. Fabric feels OK, but nothing super special.

Supremely unimpressed with the sizing on this drop. I get it's 'slim fit' but I ordered and XXL and it's no bigger than a L. What a rip.
