Finally my first drop, ran with the green/ bronze combo it gives me a real vintage look. Love the blue at the first sight but didnt like the nero coloring, and black just looked like some of my other watches. Anyways cant wait to see it in person. BTW any one know the origin of the company? A USA company?

WoodychauI think the may be , but I think the watch is Chinese with the Japanese movement!

WoodychauIt's a brand of Dartmouth, which is a nonresident U.K. company with a resident agent, founded by Notan Tolani, a Pakistani/Indian with British colonial citizenship resident in Hong Kong. The watches are made by his Hong Kong company Solar Time. I've made various posts about Dartmouth's background on other discussion threads:

CloacaThanks for the info. I was born in Hong Kong i welcome a Hongkong Company watch. It is a hard business in Hk because most only recognize the big brands.

WoodychauHere's a list of all of the Solar Time-made Dartmouth brands that I have been able to determine:
- AVI-8 - Ballast - DuFa - Fjord - James McCabe - Spinnaker - Thomas Earnshaw
Only AVI-8 and Spinnaker show up frequently on Massdrop, but Ballast and Thomas Earnshaw have made a single appearance each.
