A collaboration between knifemaker Filip De Leeuw and Spyderco, the Myrtle is backed by a titanium frame lock and features a unique blade for a variety of tasks. Done in a modified leaf shape, the blade allows for utility work with the tip and broad cuts and slices with the belly. Its CPM-S30V stainless steel construction puts it in the upper tier as far as commercial steels go. And at 4 millimeters thick, it’s plenty strong for heavy duty tasks. The handle is crafted from a slab of marbled carbon fiber with a titanium bolster. The backside houses an hourglass clip for right-handed tip-up carry. For deployment, the Myrtle has Spyderco’s signature thumb hole.
