Exciting news group! We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out early and are now on the way to you! Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to get into the shipper's system and start updating.

If there’s anything else we can do to make your Massdrop experience better, feel free to contact us via “Contact Support” button in your transaction page: https://www.massdrop.com/transactions
Great news group! We placed the order shortly after the drop ended and the vendor has let us know that it's already been picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 11/10. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.

Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/12 or sooner if something comes up.
Should we expect immediate shipping something tells me you guys have this 11 knives in stock. I would think a mix up prevented these knives from going in the bazaar.
11 knives? Seriously, that's all this drop was?!? Ridiculous...
Sigh, I received the notice that this drop was active AFTER it was already sold out. If that's the way it's going to work I would prefer to not even get the spam.

I decide to sell mine since I don't like its shape. Are you interested in it for $100 include US shipping?
Awesome knife. I picked one up the last time around, and I love it.
This is the third time I've missed this drop because I was at work. Always sells out too quickly
joined the drop but I am a little worried about some of the negative chatter on quality control at the Colorado factory.
11 knife limit on an affordable and popular Spyderco knife... must be inventory clearing.
How is the lock on this knife?

If you've ever used an axis lock on a benchmade it's very similar.
You can pull back the locking mechanism with your thumb and forefinger and flick the blade open, pull back again and flick closed. Very handy, no pinched fingers. Assuming it's of the same quality as the Axis lock it should be pretty rock solid.

The locking action is similar to an axis lock, but I'd say the tactile feel of the axis lock is much nicer. It feels weighty and solid, yet smooth.

The lock on this knife just feels like a spring loaded button that you pull back to unlock. Kind of light and insubstantial feeling compared to the axis. It also lacks that satisfying heavy click that you get from the axis lock as the blade snaps open.

But I have no doubt that this lock is solid, none-the-less. I have no worries when I use mine, and I've never heard on this type of lock failing.
The knife is awesome and the deal looks nice (@$89) but once you add in shipping and taxes (if they apply to you) and factor in the agony of the wait the deal gets less appealing.

The drop is way better their holiday bazaar. From $89 now to $97

Yeah I noticed that, now other places are more cost competitive. Looks like they upped the price to compensate for "free" shipping
This is $10 cheaper than the last time it dropped.

Say, is Massdrop shipping this knife internationally, or did the international shipping policy sidebar not get updated?
LOL, if you buy enough knives from Massdrop, you'll have so many new toys to play with, you won't even miss the new one you're waiting for.

Only half joking, there.
why not just get it on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Spyderco-C101PDBL2-Pocket-Folding-8-Inch/dp/B00K3AO6S4
