Easily carve a roast with a 5.75 inch blade? Really? Lol must be a pretty tiny roast. Why not just sell this for what it is: a utility/petty knife π
(probably because most people don't buy a $100 petty in vg10 i guess, but this is no replacement for even a small chef/gyuto with that short blade height)
