I got one 2 years ago and was disapointed. There was several marks / scrapes on it. Perhaps the factory chose to send a poor comb to me in Denmark, rather than a customer in the United States.

We definitely don't send scuffed combs to the Danes. In fact we only send scuffed combs to the Swedes. (My mother-in-law is Swedish, so I say this in humor, knowing the famous rivalry you guys have with the Swedes ;)
Of course, we don't intentionally send scuffed combs to anyone, but sometimes a mistake can occur. Please contact us and we'll make it right.
