Hello, I was trying to order 4 different kinds of fabric, but the website initially would not let this happen. Can I cancel the order and re-order? Or is there another way to make this happen? Please let me know

You can absolutely cancel your existing order and place a new one. To cancel, go to "My Transactions" and you click "Cancel Transaction". When you're placing your new order, make sure you click the "Add another order (circled in the attached screenshot)."

Trying to order 4 yards of 1 fabric and 1 yard of another...I was able to order the 4 yards then said only one order per person so unable to order the 1 yard of other fabric
Very frustrating that you can only purchase one fabric. Whats the reason for that? Disappointing
Trying to order two yards of material but it keeps saying the drop is limited to one per customer. Is that accurate or am I getting some kind of glitch?

If you want multiple prints, you need to complete your order for one print and then place another order for a different print. The reason why is so that people don't select QTY 2 or more and then expect to get a continuous yard cut of over 5 yards. Please know that we're working on coming up with a better solution for future drops.

Unfortunately that doesn't work. I tried both ways - adding another order before I finished and then finishing the first and trying to rejoin for a different item. Neither work and both say it's limited to one per person.

We spoke to our warehouse team earlier today and they are still on schedule to process and ship the individual orders before the end of next week, right on schedule. We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.

I just want to make sure that if I order 5 yards of a single fabric, it will be 5 continuous yards and not 5 one yd cuts! Which would it be?

Hi @sschoch1, It will come in one continuous cut. If you order a QTY of 2 you will get (2) 5 yard cuts. This applies to whatever yardage you select. Hope that helps!

Select all of the options that you want, put in your payment information, then your shipping info, and click join now on the upper right hand side of the checkout screen. Hope that helps! Make sure you select "no" (or yes) for the optional pajama add on, otherwise it won't let you confirm the order. (All of the options need to be selected)
