Pros: The comfort, audio, battery life, and range are good.
Cons: Headband snapped, cheap plastic. Mic feels flimsy and I was hesitant to retract it often.
The most important con: Steelseries support sucks.
I am 99% sure Russ is the only support agent they have and he took almost two weeks at one message per day or less to approve an RMA. To get it approved, I had to print a QR code (no printer of course), write my name and ticket number, and photograph it next to the headset. They do not cross ship. They have to receive the headset to even process the RMA.
Then, they make you agree to horrible return conditions.
WARNING: IF YOU RMA THIS HEADSET, STEELSERIES CAN DECIDE IT WAS NOT DEFECTIVE AND "If it is found to not be defective, it will be discarded"!
If you RMA for something that is maybe a computer issue or not covered under warranty, they will throw your headset away.
Decent product, cheap plastic, poor support. This is not what I expect from a $300 headset.
