Short of mowing, this product "basically" does it all for you in your yard.

Short of mowing and bagging, this product "basically" does it all for you in your yard. While mowing and using a bagger function is a bit quicker on picking up bulk leaves, this blower, bagger, gutter cleaner does a phenomenal job of handling your work load in front of you. To put it this way, I use my 4-in-1 in this order to:

Blow out the gutters and clear the roof of leaves (without ever bringing out a ladder)
Blow the leaves into corners and vacuum without walking around too much (oh, it mulches a little bit while you vacuum)
Blow whatever is left on the porch, sidewalk, or corners so that the mower picks up whatever else

I do this once a season, and use it intermittently throughout the year based on my yard needs. Is it as strong as a gas blower? No. Does this matter? Maybe. Do you need a long extension cord? Yes! If you know what size yard you have, and the type of work you have in front of you makes sense; is this a good purchase? Yes, definitely! Best of luck to y'all.

I only looked it over and turned it on indoors, works fine, no burning smells, etc. I'll put it to work in a few days cleaning gutters and leaves. I don't think it's quite 250mph/440cfm as the specs indicate, but it's still pretty powerful. It's actually quieter than a smaller electric blower I already have; it seems to generate less of the piercing high frequencies. Honestly surprised to find a cheap Chinese leaf blower on Massdrop, but I just happened to be looking for a gutter attachment for my current blower and this wasn't that much more. Plus it has vacuum and mulch. So, yeah.
