OMG !!! I am so happy :) Was quick to join the drop and I think I accidently ordered 2 of the same pens... @Liz can you please check to see if I did order 2 of the "orange .7 pens. I can either cancel one or can I just select a different color and nib size ? Hope you can help me with this @Liz - Thank You So... Funny thing... this afternoon I saw a message in my email from @Theroc and I thought I'd take a photo... Serendipity ! I LOVE the Super5 pens and the nibs are great fun.. the stub, by nature gives a little flair to your natural writing, but the steel nibs do offer some line variation with a little pressure on the down strokes. My writing isn't quite the best to show off the nib - They are great for print/cursive, art work, or doodling. Hope it helps.

j-e-gThe best way to change up your transaction is through the Transactions page in your account. You might have to cancel the order then rejoin with your preferred options, but there's plenty of inventory and time left for you to do so!
If you still have issues, please contact our Community Support team through the page. :)

j-e-gI got into fountain pens last year and I already have too many. Someday, with lots and LOTS of practice, i hope my penmanship comes somewhere near to yours in aesthetic merit.

writerstephen@writerstephen , I will thank you for the compliment... However, my writing is ordinary. I suggest you set your own bar higher ;) I spent many years teaching handwriting to students with disabilities in multiple school districts (each using a different method/style ) So, mine is a mix of everything you can imagine. I do hope you will have fun exploring how fountain pens give your hand a little flair and how your hand can give your fountain pens a little flair ! may I add, if you have/know any kids that are in one of the many schools that have decided to stop teaching cursive writing... Teach them ! Practice your writing skills with them.... I could ramble of a dozen reasons why it is developmentally and cognitively valuable.. But, just keep the ink flowing !

j-e-gPerhaps your writing is ordinary, but as a lefty with little real instruction or practice, mine is decidedly below that. I think yours is quite a high bar to start with. I do very much enjoy the tactile sensations of writing with a fountain pen, and how they help give even sub-par penmanship a little panache.
Teaching cursive to students is a marvelous idea (though my cursive is as yet atrocious). I've been looking for some volunteer work; perhaps I'll start there. Thanks for the advice.

writerstephenWell, even better ! Can't tell you how many times teachers wanted help with left dominant kids ! There are fewer folks available to teach writing, cutting and other hand skills to "lefties" My father was a lefty and his writing was really nice... But, he was also very artistic as well. My only claim to near talent is that I am able to write & print R and L handed, upside down, and backward. Not that they are skills one frequently needs on an average day. The joys of trying to understand visual-perceptual and motor skills... trying to "see" what it is that a student sees as they master each step.. You already have the skills to work with L dominant kids :)
