BlooYeah, was just wondering, because it would make sense from a warehouse standpoint if some chucklehead put a box of the wrong pen, right color, into a labeling machine, because the barcode on mine was for a rollerball. So it wasn't just grabbing the wrong item off a shelf, someone slapped the wrong label on it.
But Massdrop is being excellent and just sending me the right pen, letting me keep the wrong one. Which is quite nice to write with, I might add. Very similar quality to my Lamy Safari, but(and this may just be an ink thing, I'm not a huge fountain pen guru) it seems less thirsty than my Safari.
SnargeAgreed. I've been really surprised by the fp. Because it doesnt have tipping, It's not something I would have looked at otherwise, but weight of the metal section is nice and it has a very sharp, consistent line quality that is great for drawing.
BlooRight? I was expecting it to just be light and plastic (not a bad thing in my book) and the extra weight was a nice bonus. I'd be interested to see the fountain as an option for a future Super 5 drop, because now I really want to put some beautiful, wild inks through it to see what it will do as an art pen.
