Quick update for the group, most orders have been shipped out, but there are 5 orders that included the temple cones that are still sitting in our warehouse. This is due to the fact that once our warehouse team started to package units they saw that these 5 units were not in the same great shape as the rest of the order and were damaged in transit.
We have already reached out to our vendor and are working on getting another set into our warehouse as soon as we can. We are pushing for these to arrive before the middle of the week. We will remain in contact with our vendor and update the group as soon as these arrive at our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that we want you to receive your order in great shape and are working hard to make that happen.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/16 or sooner if something comes up.
