Finally got a chance to try these out on a board this week. I got the color I ordered at least. For convenience, I'll be comparing these to the Keycool rainbow PBT set that also came from Massdrop. Guys, please never offer Keycool caps again. They start out great, but have the worst wear out I've seen since Costar cheapo ABS. Seriously. They're terrible over time. So onto these Tai-Haos. First of all, these keycaps have a very pronounced 'pebble' texture to them, but it's inconsistent. It's very present on the cement/lilac, but the slate modifiers are much more slippery. Not necessarily a bad thing. The space bar has very good texturing though. Like all PBT spacebars, it's not perfectly straight. But the warping is very, very minimal. It had no problem going right onto Cherry stabilizers. The thickness is uniform, the second shot plastic is well bonded, and all of the legends are crisp and clear. The stems are well sized and do not bind at all. It is of course for a standard 105 layout, but also fits 60% comfortably (provided you have a long right shift.) The font is rather nice in my personal opinion, but of course, that's entirely subjective. The modifiers having a different texture does detract slightly, but overall my initial impression is very positive. I definitely would recommend giving these keycaps a shot to fellow PBT aficionados.
