VoskIt still works in this context, though. Paralleling Shakespeare's play, @Vosk is asking "Why must ISO be ISO?" The intention here is that he seeks the advantages of ISO, but wishes that it be descended from another line, to not be a Montague if you will. Perhaps if the form of ISO was an American standard, it would not be so difficult to obtain keysets for.

FrogenThe Dutch "waarvoor" and the Old Norse "hvar fyrir" are thought to come from the same root, but roughly mean "which" and "therefore", respectively. Entomology is fascinating, isn't it?
