Order your vials from Daniel at mixglo.com. He sometimes stocks high pressure blues and greens. 3x11mm vials are 11$ which is cheap since H3 is more expensive then gold or saffron. I think 3.5x22 are 17$ each. Even a low quality trit vial should illuminate a keychain. If you want a torch buy a tritium betalight. Soldiers use those to read maps and such. I've had 100's of tritium fobs&spheres and Daniel at mixglo.com is the man. And if you think your trits are dull they could be old or what's called T25(25millicurries) of gas. Daniel can sometimes get T100 vials which are much brighter! And Daniels vials are fresh. That picture shows a T25 watch next to a T100 watch along with a high pressure blue vial I got from mixglo.com

MociferI get my vials from John at Tritiumkeychains.com. The 3x11 are $10.5 while the 3x23 are 14.50. I have two of the 3x23 on my keychain, which is plenty bright to find keyholes, read maps, count change, write a postcard and sharpen a knife (all activities I have personally done using the lights). Shipping is out of Indonesia and very reliable and very reasonable($5.5 to US). I never paid tax, never had a broken shipment, never been short changed. Might be an additional alternative to mixglo.com. The Triglo bar is $37.36, thus just about a buck more than this MD offer. John is quick to respond to emails if you have questions for him.

DesastorCool cool man. Thanks for the info. Do you buy custom fobs for the vials cause I know a bunch of people if your interested. They range from ~$125 for Damascus fobs to $400+ for the one off items. Daniel at mixglo.com has some nice titanium fobs and beads. if you haven't heard of kryptolite's they do quality with more exotic metal. Spalingerdesigns on Instagram makes nothing but one off fobs that in my opinion are the best of the handmade fobs. Please ignore shape ways, lol. And any titanium you want anodized visit tisurvival.com and yea, I was the first person to do that to pistol grips,

MociferI have bought some custom FOBs from Etsy and http://sergeknives.com/home.html. I believe I had looked at the other ones you mentioned. However, custom FOBS for me is a rabbit hole and too much money in the long run w/not much useful return. How many of those can one carry? Usually they end up as presents anyway. FOBS for me are pure utility; although I carry multiple of them, which offer emergency options beyond just finding my keys.
