How does this drop work if we dont hit the minimum amount. Do we get charged at the 99.99 or do we not get it?

Lady_nyxWe don't get it if we don't have at least 10 people the join drop. I guess we really need to signal boost this one. I think it's made by the same guy that designed Blood Rage. And that game was fantastic.
