HungryPandaYeah same. It says "Your item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, UNITED KINGDOM on May 28, 2016 at 10:47 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination". But since then, I haven't heard anything else. Surely it doesn't take 7 days to arrive from Heathrow

tvrtomMine said that on the 28th, then Processed Through Facility on 2nd and the same on 3rd June. Now 4th June at 6:57 am it changed to delivered, probably stuck in customs

HungryPandaYeah probably. If nothing changes by the end of next week, I'll have to phone up and find out what's going on

tvrtomI put the tracking number into the Royal Mail website and got a lot more details, looks like it is in my local post office
