Disappointed in the quality of these. Left earbud gave out after less than 2 years (purchased Dec 14, 2016) of moderate use. Probably didn't help that the flat rubbery cable that connects the earbuds is perfect for catching and dragging on the back of your neck - one earbud would consistently end up yanking the other earbud, especially while running.
Reading some other comments, looks like I'm not the only one who experienced the left ear going out. I took great care of these headphones, so I'm chalking this up to poor build quality.

I bought the xr100 a month ago and my left ear went out, and the following day my headphones just shut off, and wont turn back on. Ive tooken excellent care of this product and enjoyed these headphones but for them to be completely gone in a month is pretty crazy.

Well I have had these for roughly ten months now and they still work great, especially for the price. Just wanted to come back and say I've been quite pleased with them. The only real gripe I have with them is the ear loop doesn't do much for retention but I find that they are light enough that they stay in my ears anyway. The foam buds make a better seal than the rubberized ones, but also tend to get dirtier more easily and have cracked in a few places (not really a problem as it can't be felt).
They are used primarily for the gym and while mowing the lawn. During the latter activity I do find I need to have my phone in my right pocket to maintain a solid connection, but this seems to have more to do with the lawn mower as I have no issues in the gym even when I walk 20+ feet away from my phone.

Bought these (Treblab XR500) this February and now my left earbud is no longer working, before it stopped it started cutting off intermittently. Also when paired with an iPhone and it reached %30 percent battery life it would announce 5% percent battery life left and shutdown. I guess you get what you paid for which for me means skipping the next drop.
JaimenI know this is 18 weeks old but the same exact thing just happened to my pair, the left earbud stopped working! I emailed customer support so i really hope they can help me out.
This company is pretty shady. The only reviews you can find are unknown bloggers who plug any free product they get and fail to disclose that they received something from the manufacturer. Fakespot says almost half of the reviews for Treblab products are fake:

Bought these in a drop last year in October. They were terrible. The sound quality was the absolute worst sound quality I've ever had from a set of headphones/earbuds, Bluetooth or not. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

All our customers agree that the sound of TREBLAB earphones is great and bassy and if you don't get such quality - probably something went wrong.
If the sound is somehow disappointing, please, in this case we kindly ask you to try checking the equalizer preset on your device.
Also, please, mind the source - bitrates of the track could dramatically reduce the final sound quality.
If mentioned above didn't help, I will ask you to reset the earphones (in most cases this procedure resolves the sound issue) by performing the following steps:
1. Connect the earbuds to a power source.
2. While connected to a source power press and hold the power button for 7 seconds.
3. Try to connect again by following the steps for connecting.

Bought my pair on Amazon before. Customer care is great. However if you are looking for sound quality, just imagine a pair of Beats headphone in your ears with even MORE BASSSSSSS.
