I want to be able to do Tunisian knitting. What do I need to purchase in order to be able to do that? Can you add that to the buy, as an option, please?
JannetteGood Grief, Jannette! You are MOST correct!! This is what I get for trying to look at drops before I have had coffee. I thank you so VERY much.
These interchangeable knitting needles look FANTASTIC!! I used to have interchangeable needles (knitting) when I was a kid. My folks gifted me with a set when I was probably 9 years old. I sure did knit a lot back then, BUT those needles kept coming unscrewed, with me getting my yarn caught in the section when they loosened... sigh...
JannetteJannette,
This set looks MILES (of yarn) better than the set that I had at 9, but again, the set that I had at 9, were probably the best that were made in that time period... or at least the best set that my folks could find and afford. The brand is still available, and is not cheap by today's standards. It's more than half price of this set... which would be a lot to spend on a 9 year old for knitting, (in my opinion). I still DO read reports on my old brand, about them loosening for other users, in today's world. Apparently I wasn't the only person who had that issue.
I have not ordered these YET. I am wondering how much knitting in the round I would REALLY do these days. I used to make a LOT of afghans, back when I was a kid. That is how I would spend my summers. It's been about 40 years since I made an afghan. I do love the looks of this set, but I'm not certain how often I would use it. Still thinking. I'm hoping to find this buy again, after I think of a few more times, and then realize, after the buy is closed, that I really WOULD use them.. story of my life.. ;)
