Beautiful craftmanship
I don't know much about knives, but the craftsmanship is beautiful. The blade quickly dulled overtime for me, but that might be because my lack of knowledge on how to maintain knives.

Excellent knife for the value!
At first I was sceptical with the kiritsuke chef's knife but when I received it I was blown away with the quality and feel of the knife. I know my knives and use Shun knives in my kitchen for daily cooking. This knife is now sharing the block with the Shuns!
