I have not yet used the knife very much. I've only done some light chopping and cutting. One of the things i was curious about was the way it cleaned up. How easy was cleaning, did it spot or stain? I never wash my knives it the dishwasher or leave them in the sink. I wash them under hot water and a little mild soap and then DRY them with a paper towel. Another thing is how the handle will hold up. Examining the knife so far, it looks to be well made. I will write another review after putting it through a lot more work. Thanks, Randy.
