Hello! I have technical issues with this device. With who, should I contact about warranty? Greetings

maciej861015Hey what issue is it? I've been using it for about 2 years now, it has great sound. Enjoying it every moment with the 58X. Currently having an issue that no sound comes out of it after i started using razer nommo, which uses USB. It works when i switch on: Sound settings > Spatial sounds > Windows Sonic for windows. But the sound sometimes gets weird. It only works when i turn that on. Before I was using a speaker through the 3.5mm jack. Still trying to find out why.

bsastorUnfortunately, there is only one year of warranty :( I am loosing signal during listening, device is overheating and so on....

maciej861015Oh those issues sure are serious. Send it in for warranty. Hope they can fix it.
