Standard US BB's will not fit through the one I received they get jammed in the "barrel". WTF?

  • Small Philips screwdriver

What was recieved: -The Crossbow (which was different from the one in the item's video, the one I got can't load multiple toothpicks in a chamber). -one replacement string.
That's it.
No display stand, no extra bow, no screwdriver, and no extra shrink wrap.
So I get an item that's different than what I ordered, and it's missing almost all the accessories. WTF? Who do I talk to to complain about this shit? I paid $10 extra dollars for this model over the other ones that were offered specifically for that toothpick chamber, which my item doesn't have!

edaleOk, so the item wasn't supposed to have the ammo chamber, the video showed multiple items, not just the one from this drop.
The spare wire is actually a much thinner wire than the wire included with the crossbow.
Support offered me a $10 partial refund.
I said I'd be happier with a $15 partial refund, given how much was actually missing from the drop, and they gave me the $15 partial refund.
The crossbow itself is pretty cool, and not as dangerous as I'd assumed, launching a toothpick from 1 foot away at my arm didn't even break the skin. It's still gonna be dangerous to hit something like someone's eye, but other than that the biggest worry is probably splinters, lol.

Finally said it was delivered. Almost a full month of a useless tracking number though. If MD shipped this I am severely dissapointed.

luptaacoIt didn't come complete. Again. Only got the extra wire, no stand, no extra bow, no screwdriver, etc. Very disappointed.

luptaacoGot home today and found the same thing - looks like the package came directly from Uncommon Carry. Massdrop might want to reconsider any future offers from this vendor.
They gave me a fake tracking number to appease me for a few weeks and then gave me a full refund claiming that the package was lost in the mail. These massdrop guys are losers

noakiTracking number started working last night, now seeing a Jan 2nd delivery. Not sure if this was USPS getting overloaded with the holidays, but "shipping" on Dec 10 and arriving a month later is pretty crazy. Is this order shipped from Massdrop or direct from the vendor?

AlcoholicGingerAs far as I know we all got the generic reply of sorry this had happen but we won't promise this would not happen agian. We don't have any stock to sent out as replacement and you have 2 option. 1 keep the item and $10 credit would be credited in your account. 2 return for a full refund.

I emailed them on the day I received mine. I got a reply from one of the customer service saying it is being forward to the appropriate department. Then a day later, I got another email from the right department.
