If I buy the universal fit version, how much would I have to pay UM to remold it into a custom? (if possible)
Edit: Is there information on the bore size for the universal fit version so we can know what tips are compatible?

zowkiAlot (few hundred).
Not sure why you wouldn't want them moulded. Is it because you are worried about the purchase and might want to sell them? You're going to struggle to sell them.
I have a set of UM's and love them. They don't accentuate any particular frequency to my ears, so consider if that's a sound that you want to achieve.

gumballguyGetting custom IEMs is not recommended for anyone undergoing weight loss, bodybuilding, or growth because the shape of the ear canal can change significantly in a short period of time. I'm starting a bodybuilding program so I'm thinking of getting the universal version now then remolding into a custom version once I reach my desired body mass.

zowkiJust FYI I was told that if you were going to change by as little as 5kg then you should rethink the moulds. I changed by 5kg on both sides of the weight I was when I got the moulds done and they have fit fine.
