Three questions:
• Do I have to be a Tactical Operator to wear this belt?
• If I were a Tactical Operator, wouldn't this belt make it easier for enemy Tactical Operators to pick me out in a crowd?
• If I get a job as a Tactical Operator, can I put this belt on my expense account?
Impress your friends with a genuine United States of America Special Operations Command Ultra Elite Warfare Low-drag Tactical Operator Assault belt!
What's up with the name of this thing?
I'd love to see a tactical belt with stowable or removable leg loops that you could deploy quickly to make a harness for climbing or rappelling.
I would probably never use this feature, but it would just be cool.
MikeSO292Yeah you're talking about the E220 I presume ? It is nice, although at typical ArcTerx prices. I'm still trying to figure out how one would need a harness so unexpectedly that you can't just carry an inexpensive drop harness (like the Alpine Bod).
After I eat some nice burgers my stomach become so distended that they blow my trousers up. I am glad for the 4000lbs rating. Now I can hold my stomach in place.
I see this as a duty/battle belt for someone who wants to easily don or doff his belt rig. Not my cup of tea, but I do have a different tactical belt with the cobra buckle that I wear every day with my ACU.
The Carbon Tactics CobraStrap belt? I wear one of those and was also trying to think of way to integrate it with this outer belt, but it sounds like you need the velcro on both halves.
