valorienYes, I noticed that as well. FWIW, it has very high reviews on sites that cater to people that enjoy and understand quality grooming products (Amazon is a pretty mixed bag as you probably know, so reviews there should usually be taken with a grain of salt). See:

I've had no problem with the shaving cream separating, which seems to be what people on Amazon are concerned about.

I've been following the Urth brand for a while, but since I wasn't that too familiar with this product I decided to use it for a shave and give a quick review for others here in case they don't know this brand well.
As a background, I shave about once per week and typically use soaps over creams because I can get a better lather. I've used most of the standard mid-range soaps and creams (TOBS, Simpsons, Van Der Hagen, Col. Conk, Proraso, etc), some of which I've really enjoyed and some I really disliked.
The Urth cream has a nice subtle smell (there aren't any added fragrances, just the smells from the natural ingredients). It definitely has a bit of a tingle during and after the shave from the spearmint extract, which feels great. The cream does feel a bit 'slick,' in a good way. The razor really glides over this stuff easily. I did my usual two passes with a DE razor and the shave was great, very smooth and no nicks. After rinsing, the tingle was still there but none of the dryness that usually accompanies that sensation (like what you'd get with an alcohol-based product). I have very sensitive skin, and I feel like this product worked very well for that.
All told, this is definitely the best shave cream I've used and was equal to or better than my favorite soaps. I will definitely be using this more often.

Slightly off topic, but I thought I'd throw this in as potentially useful info for people looking for this kind of thing: My dark-brown facial hair grows in very fast so that I have to shave every day, and I also have extremely sensitive skin. Razor burn used to be a perennial problem for me. The best shave I've ever had I've only discovered in the past year, and it's very simple:
First, I shave IN the shower. I do it last, so the warm water has had a chance to precondition my skin.
Second, I use Dove body wash (liquid soap) to do it (I use something I like better for washing). I also smear a little on the mirror and then rinse it to keep it from fogging up during my shave. (I haven't tried the Urth cream sold on this page, but I've tried many other kinds of soap, as well as shaving gel, shaving foam, olive oil, and coconut oil, and none of them give me nearly as close a shave.)
Third, I use a disposable safety razor (double-bladed), and make sure to replace it on the 1st of every month. (I recently ordered a Standard Razor set from MD, but it hasn't arrived yet, so I can't make comparisons yet.)
The results? Baby-butt cheeks that don't require more than 2-3 passes of the razor, and no more razor burn or nicks.
Yeah that's pretty weird.

RidevaDemocritusIt's probably a bug, now that I think about it. When I posted it, it gave me a double-post (after only clicking SUBMIT once), and so I deleted the extra post. One post remained for me, but perhaps the same bug causing the double-post also caused a double-delete that didn't take effect until after I stopped looking at the site. Oh well, that's another thing for the MD team to worry about / improve upon. ;)

Just got the shave cream and just shaved with it. It's not bad the lather is insane( a plus for me). However, the scent is a little too mediciney for me. (If this is a word.) This shave cream is like Proraso and Barbasol got together and made a baby then got divorced but Proraso got child custody. This is the life of Urth Shaving Cream. I like it but it ain't my top 10 shaving creams. Final score is 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
The tools to test this cream is a HJM 21P8 Black Fibre Synthetic Hair Shaving Brush – Black/Grey

and a Merkur "Heavy Classic" Double-Edged Safety Razor 34c razor with Feather Platinum Blades.
The site for the brush is http://www.maggardrazors.com/product/hjm-21p8-black-fibre-synthetic-hair-shaving-brush-blackgrey/. P.S. Baus brush but it takes while to get it but worth the wait.

I... Don't really shave. However, having gotten the face scrub recently, I'm interested in Urth products more now. Is the face wash / balm coming back any time soon?

Ah. I might buy the face wash from elsewhere because I'm about to run out of my current stock, but might wait for the balm to drop here I think.
Awesome job on curating products here, btw!

This cream is extremely lathery.. I get enough form by using half the amount of cream. The scent is good, smell like tea tree oil with a little lavender. May not be for everyone but I kinda like it. Form is thick and lather really quickly. Don't even have to try, few turns and you'll have it. The form wash off pretty easily. It doesn't leave the skin feeling soapy/slippery. Just feels clean

Not a very good shaving cream. Real heavy on the medicinal mint scent. Also it is super soft consistency. Not very good. look elsewhere. I had it for about a month then tossed it.

Got this on Amazon. (MD charges NJ residents sales tax so the savings were not wort the wait.) Nice product. Those complaining probably are used to foam. This leaves a thin layer on the face which provides excellent lubrication
