While I have been generally pretty happy with the quality of Vargo merchandise that I have purchased, these are items I would return if given the opportunity. The flint lighter is pretty small and it’s very difficult to actually spin the striker to get a meaningful shower of sparks to light a fire or light a stove. The whistle works ok, it’s not nearly as loud as I thought it might be and there are many that are much louder.
all in all, these ar items that I would not recomend.
