Hey guys, finally got my keyboard and I love it, types like a dream and feels even nicer now after I added some dampeners from an old keyboard to it. I have one problem but! I'm currently using a Satechi Bluetooth 4.0 dongle on Win 7 and it seems to work fine until I turn the keyboard off then when I turn it back on it won't recognise the device. I have to repair the device by deleting from the device list, searching and then entering the code again which is starting to become quite tedious.
Has anybody else had this issue? What are some things I could try to resolve it?

RileyDa number of people have this problem with 7 because it isn't a native windows 7 feature so there needs to be stacks created by the manufacturer. the easiest way to fix it is to upgrade to windows 10 already. unless you are on a work computer where you aren't allowed to till i it tells you there really is no reason that you shouldn't upgrade. other then that there are hot fixes for 7. find out who manufactures the actual Bluetooth communication chip (intel, broadcom) then download their latest windows 7 driver stacks. the easy way to be sure is to go to device manager under control panel select Bluetooth then select the dongle and say update driver. This isn't always a sure fire thing. otherwise you go to brodcom or intel website and get it from there.
