Running Windows 10 w/o built-in Bluetooth. Had to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle (Insignia from BB). Initially experienced the disconnecting/reconnecting issue - very annoying. Tried to get the driver version (12.0.1.695) listed as a fix in product description installed. I was able to download and install the driver but was never able to get the driver to properly apply to the USB Bluetooth dongle. Made a variety of attempts, but nothing stuck. Most recent Broadcom driver version that I was able to get applied is v12.0.1.410.
With that driver version at first, I was still getting a lot of disconnect/reconnect periods. Played around a bit and found that by disabling the Power Management feature on the driver fixed my issues (Device Manager->Bluetooth->[Bluetooth Dongle Driver]->Right click->Properties->Power Management tab->Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power). After that, no more disconnects and keyboard stays connected after restarts. Hopefully this helps others.
