JarmerNice! Im trying to assemble mine atm but my right side wobbles. I think its cause the pcb and plater dont completely clear the acrylic layer (maybe the chip is too low?). Was wondering if you have this problem?
VermillionHmm.. After typing on mine for about 30 minutes , I noticed a little bit of wobble on my left unit ( not much at all , but it is noticable when I hit the left spacebar or the FN key, I can hear a thump on my desk) . I took it apart and made sure all the switches were flush against the plate; and they were. It unfortunately seems that my left bottom tray is slightly warped :(
megaforceYea, I think this also is whats happening with my right tray. I unsoldered all the switches on my board, and redid them super carefully thinking I messed up the first time. Finished that after 4 hours, and still wobble. Managed to stop it adding 1 or 2 layers of stickey paper to the bottom of one of my bumpers. Its a quick fix for now at least
AzzuresHere I understand what "wobbling" means is "bottom side is not perfectly flat", right?
I checked it with my old VE.A, it's fine. And I tested twisting it with my hand. Then the wobbling thing happens.
It looks not a delicate solution but can you try twisting it a little? That might helps.
