Your funds should appear in the next 72 hours depending on how quickly your credit card company processes the refund. Once the drop finished, we immediately placed the order with Vermont Flannel. Sadly, the company has been very unresponsive despite the daily follow up emails and calls from us. We started getting responses from Vermont Flannel regarding our order late last week. According to them, the robes that were promised to us when we launched the drop have since then being sold due to miscommunications within Vermont Flannel regarding inventory management. As a result of Vermont Flannel's actions, we have to cancel and refund all the transactions from this drop. Out of the almost 1000 drops we've run, less than 0.5% have been canceled due to factors outside of our control and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by this.
