Forged in Germany, this two-piece set is ideal for evenly slicing and serving large roasts, turkeys, and ribs. Made in Germany from highly corrosion resistant X50CrMOV15 steel, both pieces are designed to hold up in hot and steamy kitchens. Thanks to the their full-tang construction, they’re made to last, too. The triple-riveted construction secures the handle for a smooth surface that’s easy to grip. The handles themselves are stain-resistant and hygienic. Use the long fork to secure your roast, and the carving knife to slice it. The knife can be used for other kitchen tasks as well.
