PogesIt's a frypan made from aluminum and stainless steel--I own AllClad and Calphalon TriPly pans that are much the same, and I use them all the time for broiling. I wouldn't use them to roast anything simply because they are frypans, not roasting or sheet pans.
One caution, though: I wouldn't wash these in the dishwasher, despite the claim that they're dishwasher safe. A couple runs through dishwasher cycles, and you'll begin to lose that anodizing. I had a friend take the anodizing completely off a Calphalon Windsor sauce pan that way. The pan's still good, but there's no protection from the anodizing to stop reactions with problematic foods like tomatoes. Wouldn't be as big a problem with this pan, since the interior is stainless, but it'll eventually wreck your finish.
