Just got mine - some sizing notes for those interested, because there seems to be a lot of contradiction.
I am a solid US 10.5D on the Brannock. I ordered a size 44, because I ordered a 44 in the Viscata Medes and they fit nicely. These seem to run very wide, because they fit well in the length but are pretty loose through the instep and heel. Really, they fit nothing like my Medes in size 44.
I may try to exchange them for a 43 because the fit is just not right for a slip-on, but I'm pretty concerned they will be too short.
