Limited-Edition Demonstrator With a Twist
The Visconti Homo Sapiens Chiantishire fountain pen features a clear acrylic barrel with ribbons of red celluloid suspended throughout. The cap and grip section are made of red resin, while the arc-shaped clip and cap rings are done in gleaming sterling silver. Postable to add more than an inch of length while you write, the cap uses Visconti’s Hook Safe Lock: a proprietary system that prevents the cap from accidentally unscrewing in your pocket and leaking. The 23-karat palladium nib draws ink from the double-reservoir vacuum power filler, which is made of corrosion-resistant titanium. Only 888 of these limited-edition pens were produced worldwide, and each is individually numbered. Yours comes with a 40ml bottle of matching Bordeaux ink.
