Bought two of these years ago, Love them! One holds a 24” LCD, the other one holds up an entire 21” iMac with VESA mount.
Only issue is that after moving to a new house, it seems I’ve misplaced the Allen wrenches used to adjust the spring tension. Getting one of those Allen wrench variety packs (I’ve tried three) have sizes too big and too small. Anyone know what size the hex screws are here?
I purchased and am waiting for any information about shipping/delivery etc. Have checked email and am interested in knowing when this drop will be delivered, as I have received no information after billing. Any word on anything?
The $13.75 shipping does lower the value of this product since at that price you can pick up comparable products with much faster shipping on Newegg, Amazon, etc.
have an x34 predator that im looking to lift off the desk, and looking to maybe add a second mount on the side for another ultrawide (but mounted vertically). would this support either of those tasks? the x34 predator is HEAVY
SpockzFor this listing : " Domestic orders will be shipped by the vendor. " -> " VIVO is a U.S. based company that designs, manufactures, and supplies a diverse selection of products across multiple unique product markets. " -Company website. So they're a US company, probably smaller as well.
And as for MD, https://helpdesk.massdrop.com/hc/en-us/articles/212495898-Why-isn-t-every-drop-available-internationally-
" We do everything we can to ship to as many countries as possible, but we cannot always include every country for every drop. Factors that go into determining shipping eligibility include vendor limitations"
They very well could have simply been disallowed to do so, as well as the more probable import losses for something so cheap. Using other vendors as a point-to doesn't work : they're not this company, don't have this companies monetary concerns in mind, or know what this companies logistics setup is.
