We were shipped the wrong unit. The shipped unit is model #STAND-V012F (see https://vivo-us.com/collections/monitor-mounts/products/stand-v012f), but we were supposed to get #STAND-V012 (see https://vivo-us.com/collections/monitor-mounts/products/stand-v012) -- as advertised, this one has the clamp mount. How do we get the right product?
