It was easy to assemble and install and then after a while something happened and the level of "ground" was off. Now it won't reach its full height because it thinks the ground is below ground level. Also, when I lower it to the bottom it clanks against the feet and then resets to a different height. I'd love to reset the "ground" level to the right level, but can't and I haven't yet found any help for this. Now that the top is not high enough to make standing comfortable anymore, I basically just have a seated desk again, but it cost a ton more :P

D3F1L3I finally got someone at Vivo to help me! All I had to do was hold the down arrow until it was at the bottom and then keep holding it until it reset. Then it re-calibrated and presto! It works again! I'm adjusting the rating I left here because I was finally able to find a solution.
