The vendor informed us that the rest of the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 3/7.

The vendor is currently working on preparing the order for the missing units of the hexacopter. We currently expect the units to be on their way to our warehouse late next week. As soon as this happens we will make sure to update the group with the expected date of arrival at our warehouse.

The order arrived to our warehouse earlier today. Unfortunately due to an error in our vendor's warehouse we received the wrong type of drone. We have contacted the vendor and are working on getting the Walkera QR Y100 RTF Hexacopters into our warehouse as soon as possible.

Our shipping carrier has let us know that the order was released from customs. Based on current estimates the order will be arriving at our warehouse early next week. As soon as it arrives our warehouse team will break down the bulk order and ship individual units to customers. We will make sure to update the group once the order ships in full.

We spoke to our customs broker earlier today and were notified that the order is still awaiting clearance at customs. We had our broker and vendor make sure that all the paperwork was in order and it looks like customs is just running a bit slower than usual.
Admittedly neither our broker nor customs could provide us a clear release date for the shipment. We will remain in close contact with our broker and update the group with an ETA as soon as the order is released.

Great news, group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 2/5. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.
