Avoid their products. While it is comfortable, I have used this like three times and it already has a hole. Their customer service website 404s (http://www.woolpro.cc/customer-service).

stevvooeHave you contacted Allison below, she's usually great when it comes to customer service. I got sent an agena to try as a WoolPro ambassador and I've used it quite a few times offshore under my coveralls, which is usually rough on clothes so I think you may just have had bad luck unfortunately.

stevvooeGot a hole as well in my quarte zip after a few uses. Like the sweater a lot, but they seem somewhat fragile for active use.

stevvooeThanks for your feedback! As mentioned below, we are giving our website a fresh look! Please expect all pages to be up and running shortly!
It's important to keep in mind that with all wool products special care instructions need to be followed to ensure the life of your product. That being said, we stand by our products 100% and would be happy to discuss your particular situation. Please follow the link below:

AlliMarrierAgain, as I said earlier, that link is broken. If go to the site and click on "Customer Service", it seems to work. I'll email CS@WOOLPRO.CC as it says on the site (no clue why you couldn't have said that here).
Regarding care instructions, I have plenty of merino wool products that don't have holes in them after using them three times. Do you have care instructions on your website?
