Again no FM Radio! SMH I don't care if it's not a high resolution audio source. These manufacturers need to throw in FM Radio with these higher priced devices. That is why I still don't own a higher end DAP. I'll keep sticking with my Sansa Sport Clip.

synapticflowI'm the opposite. I can turn on the radio in the car. I want high resolution, but I'm not sure what to look for. Is it the type of files the device can play, their size/ bit rate ? or the phrase "high resolution", or "high fidelity". And then you need decent buds.....

emember556Well if a device can play WAV files or FLAC, those formats will be of a much higher quality than an mp3. Also the more expensive players are supposed to be made with better quality components that will aid in a better sound quality. And yes, you would want quality headphones or in ear monitors to benefit from the improved sound.

emember556It's not absolutely necessary, but here is something you might want to read.

synapticflowOnn X5 may be the DAP you're looking for then if you want FM Radio. Costs only like $45 on Gearbest.
Honestly I don't think putting an FM module will cost much, it just depends on whether or not the OEM wants to.
