Using the same frequency as the popular IM-Me, the YARD Stick One can transmit or receive digital wireless signals at frequencies below 1 GHz. It features a wide range of official and unofficial operating frequencies, as well as modulations to facilitate your projects and DIY needs. It comes with RFCat firmware installed, which allows you to control the wireless transceiver from an interactive Python shell, or your own computer program. It also has the CC Bootloader installed, allowing you to upgrade or install your own firmware without extra programming hardware. To use it, attach it to a computer USB and the radio signals are at your fingertips.
