I bought one of these in the last drop, and really love it. It drives nearly anything I plug into it splendidly, though I have yet to try IEMs. The balanced output on this unit is also definitely superior to the SE one.
The drivers are cantankerous, but it works great once configured. It also is an excellent standalone DAC or preamp with excellent volume control. I use it with a vintage Naim stereo setup, and am extremely pleased each time I turn it on.

pawpro2Have you tried it on a Mac? I thought it was plug and play but can't get anything out of it. Nothing. Wait. I do hear a click when I press play on my computer. Both with iTunes and Tidal. I guess I got a dud because I have now tried it on a Mac and PC and nothing. Drivers and everything seem fine. Downloaded and opened fine. Don't know.

Lostdog54I assume you used the top-most driver from this page? - http://www.yulongaudio.com/col.jsp?id=111
I've never used it on a Mac, just Windows 7 and 10 PCs. I also had to switch the unit on/off a few times. Is it showing up in your list of manageable audio devices? Do you have an optical or coax source you could use to bypass the computer and test it?

pawpro2I downloaded the canary da9 win7 driver but my pc won’t open .rar files. I tried downloading the first link and I get the same deal where I can’t open the file and download the driver. When I hooked up the Yulong it appeared as Speakers(2-xCORE USB Audio 2.0). I can hear clicking when you play and stop the music but nothing plays through.

pawpro2Got it going. I found the switch for voltage. It was my issue. Thanks for the quick reply

Lostdog54No problem. I hope you enjoy it! And I had to download a WinZip trial to open the .rar. But you should be good to go from here.

pawpro2The balanced output is not superior; it is louder. Volume differences small enough to be undetected as such can and do still affect perceived sound quality.

The_JniacIt also produces more power, which helps to drive less efficient headphones. Not sure why you're popping up to quibble over semantics. Try a pair of HD800S in both ports--the difference is more than volume. Although your profile indicates that you get off on needlessly starting arguments, so I guess it's my fault for feeding a troll.

pawpro2More power means louder. It is not semantics, it is a common misconception that a balanced amp is better than a single ended one. I have actually demoed the HD800S on the balanced and single-ended outputs of a Cayin iHA-6, and the differences vanished once I adjusted the volume. Lastly, it has nothing to do with starting arguments, it is about correcting misinformation. This hobby is quite afflicted with misinformation (see Stereophile's glowing review of rings that you put on vacuum tubes) and misunderstandings (see High-res audio), and I go about correcting them with the hope that others will see it and possibly be saved from being defrauded by the cretins that infest the audiophile industry.

The_JniacSince you haven't tried this unit, I'm going to just disregard your comment. I hope being a logical positivist keeps you warm at night. If you think the only statements that are meaningful are those verifiable through empirical observation, it will be a dark and lonely life.

Lostdog54Still better than my dumbest moment: I cleaned my PC, then spent almost an hour trying to figure out why it would not turn on. I forgot to turn the PSU back on.

The_JniacHad a similar situation once--didn't realize the plug my printer was using was controlled by a wall switch. Couldn't figure out why it only worked intermittently!
