Glad to see that V2s are already shipping! I thought that the original shipping date wasn't until December, but now I can get started on my next build. ^_^

KohcasionWell, the product page stated that the drop would not ship until December.

Although, I got a notification mentioning that the drop has already shipped, and I also received tracking.

SinceSynthesisTo add, the original seller page for Zealios, Zealpc.net, even mentioned that V2s wouldn't start shipping until December.

Soooooo again, I'm excited to see them ship MUCH earlier than estimated!

Now, I am just curious what in the world Massdrop shipped, if not my V2s.

ZealA friend of mine received his shipment today - according to massdrop, v2 zealios. He sent me the attached photo of the switches that he received.
@Zeal any idea what’s going on here? Is there any way his switches could actually be v2 zealios?

ZealFYI, they also shipped mine out. Contacted support and they claim they were 'shipped early'. I joined this drop because I wanted V2 switches, I already have V1 Zealios

steveowashereWell since we have confirmation from the designer of the switches that it is not possible to get V2's yet, then massdrop has to own up to their mistake sooner or later. We all make mistakes from time to time, and that is completely fine. I've never had a problem with them in the past, so I just find it hard to believe they would screw some people for a couple hundred dollars worth of switches.
That being said, I did put in a ticket last Friday or Saturday and still have not heard anything back....

smoothporcupineIf its any consolation, I did contact someone over at https://zealpc.net/pages/contact-us and received a response back almost instantly from a very nice guy named Henry. I asked when their drop was going to be closing on their own site, and he stated
" We don't have a fixed closing date per se, but do plan on placing a bulk order with our manufacturer around mid October in order to secure a time slot for production. "

Props to them for acknowledging the issue and owning up! I can appreciate that very much. It is good to see that they didn't just ship out V1s and claim that they were V2, or require for the original shipment to be returned before we could be sent the V2s.
